airBaltic is a stock company founded in 1995 in Latvia. Major shareholders include the Latvian state, with 52.6% of shares, and Baltijas aviācijas sistēmas SIA, with 47.2% of shares. In 2008, airBaltic carried almost 2.7 million passengers to almost 70 destinations from Riga and more than 10 destinations from Vilnius. The airBaltic fleet currently consists of 31 aircraft - two Boeing 757-200, ten Boeing 737-500s, eight Boeing 737-300 and eleven Fokker-50s. www.airbaltic.com
City Airline was founded in 2001 in Sweden. The airline's destinations from Gothenburg to Europe are over 20. Employees are approximately 110. City Airline owns five fast, modern jets manufactured by Embraer with space for 37 or 49 passengers, and two jets from McDonnell Douglas with a capacity of 125 passengers each.www.cityairline.com
Estonian Air was founded in 1991 in Estonia. In 2008 the airline carried 756.663 passengers to over 20 destinations. The Estonian Air fleet comprises four aircrafts - two Boeing 737-500 and two Boeing 737-300.
