ASE uses Mona Lisa in its daily operations.  The software was developed by Softec and is a very flexible and user-friendly solution.  Softec offers close assistance and a 24/7 customer support.  Mona Lisa is a powerful ticket management system, from point of issuing until filing. 

Softec is a IATA strategic partner with more than 10 years experience in airline business.  ASE has cooperated with Softec since  1998 and established a partnership with the company in 2006.    

 

The main reason why Softec considers MonaLisa as a software family is the fact that all tools can individually be used either as stand-alone modules or in connection with other parts of our system. Therefore MonaLisa works like a puzzle: everywhere in our programmes, there are “docking stations” where other modules can be latched. The operation is eased by masterdata management providing basic data for all software parts. Also the fact that our solutions are offered in a very flexible and user-friendly way combined with the close assistance to our customers and long-lasting fruitful cooperations has convinced us that MonaLisa is splashing some kind of family atmosphere.
